I purchased the Avedis Zildjian Company Planet Z Complete Cymbal Set over a year ago, and I can honestly say it has transformed my drumming experience! The combination of the 14-inch hi-hat, 16-inch crash, and 20-inch ride offers an incredible range of sound and versatility that suits a variety of styles from rock to jazz.
Right out of the box, the finish on these cymbals is stunning, and they have held up remarkably well over time. I play regularly, and I’ve noticed minimal signs of wear and tear. The sound quality is truly exceptional for the price point—the crash has a bright punch, the ride rings beautifully, and the hi-hats have a crisp and clean response that I just love.
I was pleasantly surprised by how well they project, even in a full band setting. The balance between the cymbals makes it easy to incorporate them into my playing without feeling overwhelmed by any single one. They not only sound amazing but have also boosted my confidence as a drummer.
